Jerrold “Jerry” Elmore Murray, age 81, died peacefully at his home in Sealy with his wife by his side on Saturday, September 25, 2021. Jerry was born November 7, 1939, to Audrey (Schoonover) and George Murray in Lolita, TX.

Albert T. Sliva Jr passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 73. Albert was born and raised in Sealy, Texas where he graduated Sealy High School in 1967.

Marjorie Ann Howe Criswell passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021. She was born on January 28, 1930 in Columbus, Texas the first of two children.

Never one for fanfare or lengthy goodbyes, on the afternoon of Wednesday, September 15, 2021, Redrick Berton Fogle, Jr. (“Rick”) cheerfully served up a few scoops of Blue Bell ice cream for himself and everyone else at his home, retired to his quarters as usual, and was quietly summoned to Heaven moments later.

Deborah “Dede” Davisson Garrison, 73, of Greenwood, IN, died Friday, September 3, 2021, after a long illness. Dede was born on August 23, 1948, in Waynesboro, VA, to Edwin and Mary (Spilman) Davisson.

Melvyn O. Levine, who thought of no one as a stranger and loved selling shirts as much as rounding up cattle, died on Friday, September 17, 2021, in San Antonio, TX. The cause was colon cancer. He was born on January 21, 1938, in Houston, TX the first child of Frieda and Gus Levine of Sealy, TX.

Taty Cieslewicz was born on September 24, 1960. She passed on September 3, 2021, at 10:06 a.m. Her services were held Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Knesek Brothers Funeral Chapel located at 1140 Meyer Street, Sealy, Texas 77447 at 9 a.m.

Lee Roy Gaskamp Jr, 69, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, September 6th, 2021, while in the presence of his children and holding his wife’s hand, after an exhausting battle with COVID-19.

John was born to Willie and Annie Lastovica on June 15, 1934, on the family farm in Frydek, Texas. He had 2 brothers, Leonard and Raymond. John met his future wife, Frances Belunek when they were children in school. They started dating when she was 15. John usually had a carload of girls because he had a driver’s license. They married a few years later. John and Frances had two children Madeline (Maggie) and Gary.
