Wallis seeks new code officer

The need for a new code enforcement officer was addressed at the most recent city council meeting, Wednesday, March 20. Wallis has been without a CEO since terminating their contract with ex-officer Bill Murphy, who had been under fire prior to his termination for being under TDLR investigation and even assaulting a Wallis homeowner on camera.
Sealy approves theme for Splash Pad Conversion

Councilmembers took more steps to lay out the foundation for the splash pad conversion at the Jacqueline A. Cryan Memorial Park after they approved an official theme for the attraction at their recent city council meeting last Tuesday, March 19.
