JOSEPH ANDREW GEBHARDT, JR., 61, of Sealy, Texas, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas.

Donna Gale Brenner passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 21, and went to her heavenly home to be with her beloved Jesus. Donna was born December 5, 1946, in Waxahachie, TX to Mary and L.D.

Jacquelyn “Granny Jackie” Brandes passed away peacefully on January 8th, 2022, and went home to be with her Lord and Savior. Jackie was one of four children born to Herbert and Mandoline Goebel on July 20, 1946.

Raymond Brinkmeyer, 76, passed away January 6, 2022, in College Station, Texas. Raymond was born October 19, 1945, to Willie and Martha (Klussman) Brinkmeyer.

Mary Ann Sanchez, of Sealy, Texas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus at the age of 37. Mary Ann was born in Hempstead, Texas, to Juan and Juanita Sanchez of Sealy on Sept. 6, 1984.

Evangeline Emilie Coody, 91, was born on August 1, 1930, in Peters, Texas, and passed away January 12, 2022. Evangeline was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she was confirmed in 1943 and married to the love of her life, Mance Coody, on April 4, 1948.

Gregg Allan Clements, 64, of Sealy, passed into the arms of Jesus surrounded by his family on January 5, 2022, following a battle with cancer. A funeral service in celebration of Gregg’s life was held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, January 8th, 2022, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 402 Atchison St., Sealy, TX 77474.

Alvin John Marek, age 99 of Wallis, TX passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. He was born October 14, 1922, in East Bernard, Texas to Joseph Marek and Otilie Zapalac Marek.

Jacquetta “Jo” Lynn McCormick Gamble, 69 of Wallis, was called home and went to be with the Lord on December 24, 2021. Jo was born in born Shreveport, Louisiana on May 28, 1952, and was preceded in death by her parents Dana McCormick and Joyce McCormick Woods, brother Phillip McCormick, father-in-law Ira Gamble and mother-in-law, Marteal Gamble, brother-in-law, George Gamble, sister-in-law, Kim Gamble.

David Massey 80, formerly of Mission, Zapata and Sealy, Texas passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021, in Lampasas, Texas. David is preceded in death by his wife, Judaka Wilson Massey, son Stephen Massey: parents Aretha Miracle Gorhum, Beauford “Doc” Gorhum; and father George Massey.
