NOTE: Tonight and tomorrow night’s scheduled closures described below in has been canceled due to weather. Bridge beam placement over the BNSF railroad is tentatively rescheduled for Nov. 20 and 21.



The Texas Department of Transportation has announced main lane closures on Interstate 10 for Thursday and Friday nights.
On Nov. 7 from 7 p.m. to Nov. 8 at 5 a.m., the lanes will be closed on I-10 eastbound and westbound continuously from just east of Rexville overpass to just west of Koy.
I-10 eastbound main lanes will be closed for 15-minute intervals to place beams.
On Nov. 8 from 7 p.m. to Nov. 9 at 5 a.m., I-10 eastbound and westbound inside main lanes will be closed continuously from just east of Rexville overpass to just west of Koy. I-10 eastbound main lanes will be closed for 15-minute intervals to place beams.
In Waller County, eastbound at FM-1489 in Brookshire will be a total closure from 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9 to 8 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 10. Crews will remove bridge forms from the FM 1489 overpass. Eastbound I-10 traffic will be directed off the freeway at FM 1489. Traffic will drive along the frontage road to the next entrance ramp where they will re-enter the freeway and continue.
Westbound at FM-1489 in Brookshire will be a total closure from 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, to 8 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9. Crews will remove bridge forms over the freeway at FM 1489. Westbound I-10 traffic will be directed off the freeway at FM 1489. Traffic will drive along the frontage road to the next entrance ramp where they will re-enter the freeway and continue.
