The suspect wanted in connection with the shooting that occurred on April 29 in the 300 block of San Felipe Street is now in custody. Quintin Eugene Anderson turned himself in at approximately midnight to the Austin County Jail in Bellville. He is being held on two warrants through our agency (Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, Possession of Firearm by a Felon) and one unrelated warrant for Bond Forfeiture through Fayette County. Sealy PD detectives wish to thank Texas Ranger Owles and the U.S. Marshal's Service for their cooperation and investigative support in this case.
On April 29, at approximately 7:50 p.m. Quentin Eugene Anderson discharged a firearm and struck a victim in the leg in the 300 block of San Felipe Drive in Sealy after a verbal altercation.
Anderson is being sought by the Sealy Police Department for questioning in this case.
