Teens learn the value of good citizenship and community service and are allowed to participate in four key focus areas: community service, academic success, career preparation and teen outreach. With the many decisions Keystoners must make, they are challenged to become leaders of exceptional character. From the creation of officers and standing commit-tees to the planning and implementation of member-led projects, Keystoners are challenged to become positive leaders of exceptional character.
