The Texas Department of Transportation has released information about current and pending closures on Interstate 10 and Highway 36 in Sealy.
Currently, Eagle Lake Road is closed for construction a new eastbound frontage road and the Rexville Road overpass across I-10 is closed for reconstruction of bridge.
The I-10 eastbound mainline (inside lane) at Highway 36 is to be closed overnight for delivery of soil. Front Street in Sealy is closed for construction of the I-10 overpass. Kersten Road (eastbound frontage) is closed between Frydek Road and U-turn at BNSF railroad.
The weigh station along westbound mainline is closed. Westbound mainline (outside lane) between Chew Road and Mlcak Road is to be closed overnight for installation of temporary concrete traffic barrier.
Mainline overnight single-lane closures (alternating lanes) are implemented as needed at various locations for maintenance of traffic barrels and construction signs.

Eastbound mainline (inside lane) overnight closure to set beams at BNSF/Frontage Street bridge.
Eastbound mainline (inside lane) overnight closure to set beams to Highway 36 bridge.
Highway 36 intermittent overnight closure to set beams at Highway 36 bridge.
Eastbound mainline (inside lane) just before Brazos River bridge to be closed overnight for installation of embankment for temporary detour road.
