Hunters Crossing subdivision held a ground-breaking ceremony Sept. 30 at the site just west of Sealy Elementary School on FM 2187. Phase 1 of Hunters Crossing will consist of three sections, which encompasses 77 acres. Section 1 will have 76 lots and the first foundations should go up by end of year. Sections 2 and 3 will contain approximately 175-200 lots. Price point for Section 1 is $255,000s to $400,000s for homes between 1,600 and 3,000 square feet.
