Early voting has begun in Austin County

Early voting for the Nov. 3 General Election began Tuesday, Oct. 13, and runs through Oct. 30.

Early voting locations for Austin County, Bellville ISD, Bellville Hospital District, Sealy ISD, City of Sealy, Emergency Service District No. 1, and Emergency Service District No. No. 2 are as follows:

Tuesday, Oct. 13, through Saturday, Oct. 17, and Monday-Friday, Oct. 19, through Oct. 30, (excludes weekends)

Bellville Hospital District Proposition

Approving the ad valorem tax rate of $0.09999 per $100 valuation in Bellville Hospital District for the current year, a rate that is $0.04653 higher per $100 valuation than the voter-approved tax rate of Bellville Hospital District for the purpose of maintenance and operation of Bellville Hospital District. Last year the ad valorem tax rate in Bellville Hospital District was $0.05218 per $100 valuation.
