‘Tis the season of loud grunts, chalk stains and plenty of iron being pumped.

The Brazos powerlifting teams started their season with a trip to the Swamp Strength Meet at Altair Rice High School last Wednesday evening and came away with plenty of positives and areas of improvement.

The Cougars were well-represented on the podiums, helping the team finish sixth overall with the final tallies coming down to minuscule amounts.
