Be Well, Live Well

Helping One Another participants take an active role in participating in the five-program series Be Well, Live Well.

Be Well, Live Well is offered free of charge to new retirees and active adults by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. The series is currently being offered at HOA in Sealy.

The series promotes independence through healthy aging and is targeted toward adults nearing or in early retirement.

Each session will include a self-assessment, information sharing, goal setting and a recipe demonstration. Upon completion of each session, participants will receive materials which extend that session’s goal.

The next class is set for Friday, April 3, at 11 a.m. at HOA Meals on Wheels of Austin County located at 915 Frydek Rd, Sealy. For more information, call 979-865-2072.
