Tyler Christopher Smith, 24, of Bellville was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Jason Oliver Brown, 41, of Temple was arrested for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.

Ramaro Nieta, 34, of Hempstead was arrested for driving while intoxicated, second or more.

Donya Xavias Waiters, 18, of Katy was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlicensed carrying of a weapon.

Jill Dollar McGinty, 46, of Bellville was arrested for driving while intoxicated, third or more.

Troy Tyrell Downey, 57, of Sealy was arrested for indecency with a child/sexual contact.

Alaysha Marie Powell, 18, of San Antonio was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Aug. 3

Anjel Perez, 25, of Pasadena was arrested for failure to appear for criminal mischief.

Ken Eric Newman, 55, of Kentwood, La., was arrested for driving while intoxicated, third or more.

Nicholas Hillman, 39, of Eagle Lake was arrested for driving while intoxicated, third or more.

Aug. 4

Nicasio Manuel Silva, 34, of Bellville was arrested for failure to appear for interfering with public duties.

Demarkis Warren Johnson, 21, of San Felipe was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Jonathan Paul Levine, 29, of Houston was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Aug. 5

Nicasio Manuel Silva, 34, of Bellville was arrested for being an illegal alien.

Anthony Wayne Williams, 49, of Sealy was arrested for PV/driving while intoxicated.

Julio Mombiela, 52, of Houston was arrested for burglary of a habitation.

Aug. 6

Quincy Taylor Harris, 25, of Sealy was arrested for PV/driving while intoxicated and driving while license invalid.

Michael Brandon Ward, 31, of Bellville was arrested for burglary of a habitation.

Steve Jackson, 46, of Sealy was arrested for driving while license invalid.

Adam Troy Johnson, 28, of Brookshire was arrested for fraud use/possession identifying information, possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify, prohibited weapon, display of fictitious motor vehicle registration, and PV/forgery of a financial instrument.

Luis Armando Resendez, 48, of Sealy was arrested for PV/driving while intoxicated, third or more.

Aug. 7

Luis Armando Resendez, 48, of Sealy was arrested for being an illegal alien.

Pennie Lea Fountain, 47, of Brookshire was arrested for a bench warrant for driving while intoxicated, credit/debit card abuse, BF/possession of a controlled substance.

Aug. 8

Jason Oliver Brown, 41, of Temple was arrested for bail jumping and failure to appear.

Cesar Mauricio Ulloa, 24, of Wallis was arrested for interfering with public duties and terroristic threat of family violence.

When you publish the arrest list, it becomes forever searchable. Those that are found innocent when due process is completed will have irreparable harm to their reputations and harm their families. I wish you would only publish convictions or at least have a policy of removing the innocents' names from your searchable records.
