Sealy sending three harriers to state meet

Competing in a tough region, the Sealy Cross Country teams fared well in advancing three harriers to the state meet Nov. 3-4 in Round Rock.
The Sealy Lady Tigers fell to Bellville in straight sets last Friday night at home. Sealy battled hard throughout the match but came up just short against the highly regarded Bellville squad. Sealy fell to 6-3 in District 25-4A play and sit firmly in third place in district behind Bellville and Needville. Sealy traveled to Navasota for a district contest Tuesday night. The results were not available at press time. Sealy will host their final home game Friday against Needville before closing out the season next Tuesday against Brookshire Royal.
