Sebastian Martinez January 20, 1949 to March 5, 2023 Funeral services for Sebastian Martinez, 74, of Wallis, Texas, beloved son, brother and uncle, will be handled by Knesek Family Funeral Home in Wallis.

Visitation Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Rosary at 7 p.m.lead by Deacon Eric Suarez at Knesek Family Funeral Home, Mass service will be Friday, March 10, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Guardian Angel Catholic Church. Burial procession will follow to Guardian Angel Cemetery.

Sebastian was born January 20, 1949 in El Campo to Felix Nieto Martinez, Sr. and Florencia M. Martinez and died March 5, 2023.

He is survived by his brothers, Felix Martinez, Jr. and wife Josie, Mario Martinez and wife Alexandra, Joe Martinez and wife Candelaria, Raymond Martinez and wife Mary, Rick Martinez and wife Dora, Paul Martinez and wife Rose, Rudy Martinez and wife Belia, and Anthony Martinez and wife Alexandra; sister Carmen Vargas and husband Johnny. Sebastian had numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix Nieto Martinez, Sr. and Florencia M. Martinez; brother Paul Martinez, sister Juanita Martinez.

Pallbearers are Felix Martinez III, Johnny Vargas Jr., Daniel Martinez, Steven Martinez, Michael Martinez, James Martinez, Nick Martinez, and Joshua Martinez.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Knesek & Son Funeral Chapel, Wallis.
