Frankie J. Cieslewicz, 78, formerly of Frydek, Texas, passed away on Saturday, 10/29/2022, in Needville, Texas. Following a long battle with Alzheimer’s Dementia, he is now reunited with his late parents, siblings and beloved wife, Barbara Ann, whom he shared 34 wonderful years of marriage. Frankie was born 11/20/1943 at Sealy Hospital, being the youngest of 3 siblings to parents Tom and Josephine Lezak Cieslewicz. Although his mother passed away when he was 3 months old, he was reared in the Frydek-Mixville area, primarily by his maternal grandmother, Hattie Cieslewicz. Frankie was no stranger to work, as his father was a cotton farmer, but his love of music was his saving grace. Playing guitar and singing was a vital part of his life and enabled the meeting of his future wife while he was on stage in Wallis, Texas. At the age of 16, he was performing with his uncle, John Jurecek, and continued the weekend band life as he joined many bands through the years such as The Quotations and The Sil Krenek Orchestra. Frankie never turned down an opportunity to entertain for numerous events at local nursing homes, church picnics, or helping bands needing a rhythm guitar player and singer; but it was his family who most cherished him taking out the guitar and singing in the front yard,
