Phenix Knives presented with check from Bellville Chamber

Austin County bladesmith Cowboy Szymanski and Ilene Krupala were recently presented with a check from the Bellville Chamber of Commerce Advertising and Tourism Committee (represented by Tammy Bond, far left, and Toni Franklin, far right) and the Bellville EDC. The check will aid in funding an iHeart Radio promotion for the two-day event,”Texas Select from Forged in Fire.”Cowboy and Ilena, operators of the 1890’s blacksmith shop and Phenix Knives, coordinate the annual show that brings more than 45 past contestants and champions from the History Channel’s”Forged in Fire” to Bellville for a huge event, free to the public the first weekend in April. Downtown Sealy Car Social
