Buster Robinson’s love of aviation began when he was a kid. “I think I got bit by the aviation bug the first time I flew commercially when I was 4 or 5 years old,” Robinson said.

The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Regulatory Services Division (RSD), is now accepting applications to join the newly created Compassionate Use Program Working Group.
