Celia Richard was immediately drawn to the historic building located at 6407 Commerce Street in downtown Wallis when she moved here from Katy three years ago, during the pandemic, and now, partially due to the friendship she developed with its previous owner, she is the new owner of that building and her insurance agency office is occupying the space in the newly revitalizing downtown district.
