On April 16, Industry State Bank visited 6th-grade students in their math classes at Sealy Junior High School.

With the students, Rachel Kozel discussed different kinds of accounts, how to open an account, the differences between debit cards and credit cards, credit reports and scores, and more. The students were able to practice filling out a deposit slip, withdrawal slip, and check.

The goal of the presentation was to help students grasp a better understanding of the banking world and to lay a foundation of financial knowledge to help prepare them for their futures.
