EDITH PAVLICEK MLCAK Edith Pavlicek Mlcak passed away April 12, 2024, at the age of 85. She was born in Frydek, Texas, to Steve and Annie Lezak Pavlicek.

Mill Creek Watershed meeting April 25 The Mill Creek Watershed Partnership was organized in 2012, initially to address the elevated levels of E. coli bacteria in Mill Creek. On Thursday, April 25, the partnership will be hosting a stakeholder meeting to hear thoughts on future priorities in the watershed. For this meeting to be effective, the partnership needs engaged participants who can bring their experience and expertise to the table. The partnership will be meeting at the Bleiblerville VFD (3342 FM 2502 Rd, Bellville, TX) at 5:30 p.m. on April 25.
